This course is designed as an introduction to the world of
Flight Simulation
During your time with us you will learn the basic theory of flight through multimedia tutorials and lessons with a qualified pilot. This knowledge is then transferred into
'hands on' flight simulator experiencein one of our dual simulators.You will learn how aircraft are flown and controlled in a series of lessons based on
real world flight training methods.
You can begin on one of our dual seat light aircraft trainers, modeling the Cessna 172 , the most popular aircraft
for initial flight training.We follow real world training methods and utilise the latest flight simulation software
with realistic scenery.
You dont need any experience to participate, just a desire to learn.
If you are a student pilot, no doubt flight simulation and
its benefits in training are known to you, Atlantic AirVenture can offer you the facilities and environment to develop
yourflight skills and proceedures.
We can arrange for a qualified flight intructor for subjects such as Radio Navigtion and Instrument Flying that can
be learned in the sim , at your convienence. This can be an invaluable aid for your PPL and IR studies
